Production

The production facilities of 1AK-PLASTIC are designed for the manufacturing of plastic components for batteries and are focused on stable serial production with high repeatability of product parameters.

The plant is equipped with injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 250 to 800 tons, integrated into a single technological complex with automated raw material feeding and cooling systems. The equipment is adapted for the production of monoblocks, covers, handles, pads and plug block elements for starter batteries of passenger and commercial vehicle groups in DIN and JIS standards.

The designed production capacity reaches up to 3 million sets per year.

The production process is built with a high level of automation and includes:

• robotic installation of embedded elements into molds;
• automatic removal and transfer of finished products;
• centralized automated raw material feeding system;
• continuous parameter monitoring at key stages of production.

This production setup ensures consistent product quality, precise geometry of components and efficient use of materials in serial manufacturing.
