IPower LLC have received a conclusion of state ecological expertise

The state educational INSTITUTION Republican centre of the state ecological examination and improvement of professional skill of executives and experts of Ministry of natural resources issued a formal opinion about ecological expertise on the project Battery plant IPower LLC with its own boiler to natural gas, address: Brest district, of FEZ Brest, Airport region . Changes from 16.07.2019.

As a result of consideration of the project documentation was approved by the negative conclusion of the state ecological examination of the changes associated with the redistribution indicators sources of emissions. When making changes, as stated in the draft emissions did not change.

The main reason for the negative decision was not a complete submission of the customer's project measurements (protocols) Republican centre of analytical control, which carried out instrumental control of emissions of pollutants for compliance with the design parameters of the emissions to the actual results.

After receiving all protocols from GU The Republican centre of analytical control IPower LLC will be in the process of obtaining a positive environmental conclusion in part of any change and continue the process of entering of the construction into operation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Currently, the project has valid positive conclusion of the state ecological expertise issued in February 2019 SEE Republican centre of the state ecological examination and improvement of professional skill of executives and experts of Ministry of natural resources.

We remind you that at the request of the Ministry of natural resources and environmental protection of the Republic of Belarus  IPower LLC had an additional procedure of checking the correctness of the configuration of gas treatment equipment in different modes of technological process. As 16.06.2019 of the 22 emission sources defined by the centre of expertise for the purpose of making the plant, not confirmed by the design parameters of permissiblex emissions in respect of one source (area of pastoralisme, the source release No. 20, go as-1).
