Construction of the plant "IPower": preparation for the installation of floors and the beginning of the improvement of the territory

Since December 2017 in the FEZ "Brest" is building a battery factory LLC "IPower."

At the moment the following objects have been built:

— the building of the production building, in which the finishing works are completed, the foundation of the technological equipment is being carried out, the preparation for the device of the floors is in progress;
— the building of the administrative and household building, in which all the networks and communications are laid, the interior decoration and decoration of the facades is conducted;
— Transport corridor building;
— building a mini-boiler on natural gas.

At the same time, the builders started to work on the improvement of the territory around the plant, which include the arrangement of internal and external driveways, parking lots, external lighting of the territory,

The project is implemented in accordance with the planned timeframes with the implementation of technical supervision, author supervision, as well as control by the inspection department of the Department for control and supervision of construction in the Brest region in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation.
The next significant stage, after preparation and foundation of technological equipment in the production building, will be the installation of floors, installation of process equipment, installation of internal networks and communications, installation of general exchange and aspiration air purification systems.

Recall that the implementation of the project began in January 2016, when the legal entity of LLC «HayPower» was registered. In 2017, all necessary state expertise was passed and all permits for construction and installation works were obtained. Completion of the project is planned for the end of 2018.
