Equipment for control of pollution from Ecosoft will be installed on the IPower LLC
In August, representatives of the plant was adopted equipment for treatment of industrial wastewater and production of distilled water. The accepted equipment is made according to the specifications developed specifically for the construction of the battery plant IPower LLC. Supplier of water treatment plants is the company Ecosoft is based in Ukraine, which produces equipment for purification of water for domestic, commercial and industrial applications since 1991. All products are tested on certified equipment in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2009. Quality products Ecosoft certified by the EAC, NSF and TÜV SÜD.

Treatment plants are divided into two circuits:
In the first, the cleaning water, which may contain lead. Water production falls into a special container, where the mixing of threads, then several stages of processing. Then the purified water is collected in the storage vessel and pumped to the tertiary treatment mechanical filter "Ecosoft FP is 1.5".

After filtration, water enters the reverse osmosis installation, which has two flow — purified and collected for the manufacture of desalinated water and backwashing of the membranes, the second stream is collected in the transporting container and passed on for recycling. For quality control of cleaning and pH in the pipeline mounted flow meters, salinity and pH meters. The work of the neutralization station is automated.

The second contour is the neutralization of the water with dust collection systems where contact with lead is excluded. Having passed all the necessary cleaning phase, water withfleeced in the storage vessel and pumped to the tertiary treatment mechanical filter "Ecosoft FP to 1.5", which is regenerated by reverse flushing.
Installation of pollution control equipment will be made in September, the installation will be carried out by representatives of the manufacturer who specially will arrive at the plant under construction.

IPower LLC based on the example of the leading European counterparts, the company will set technological equipment manufacturers from various countries: Moojin (Republic of Korea), Accurate Product (Denmark), Ateliers Roche (France), Sanhuan (China), LaPneumatica (Italy), O. M. Impianti (Italy), Sovema (Italy). Most has already been taken on the areas of manufacturer, will soon begin work on installing the equipment.
We will remind, the project of construction of a battery factory near Brest implemented in accordance with the planned terms of implementation of technical supervision of supervision and control by the Inspectorate of the Department of control and supervision over the construction of the Brest region.
