In the framework of social-hygienic monitoring laboratory of the Brest regional Cheios continues sampling and laboratory studies of contaminants in atmospheric air (lead, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hard particles, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide) and chemical substances in the soil (gross lead content and the concentration of mobile forms of lead) on the border of the sanitary protection zone of IPower LLC and on the border (territory) of nearby settlements.
On the border of sanitary-protective zone on the border (territory) of nearby settlements from the battery plant IPower LLC were selected and analyzed 68 samples (28 in January, 20 in February, 20 in March) of atmospheric air from 20 different control points (8 points on the boundary of the SPZ; 4 points in the village Bulkowo and 2 points on the settlement of Stimulo, Thelma n-2 and the village Sebrin). According to the results of laboratory tests exceeding the maximum allowable concentrations of pollutants in ambient air is not established.
In addition, in the framework of the program of social-hygienic monitoring in March 2019 at the boundary of sanitary protective zone were selected and studied 8 soil samples and 11 water samples from centralized water supply sources of nearby settlements and water intake "Airport", in the zone of influence of the battery plant IPower LLC lead.
According to the results of laboratory tests exceeding the hygienic standards for lead content in the samples of soil and water are not installed.
