It should be noted that the plant — the first in the Republic of Belarus producing from waste batteries vintage lead, which is in demand in the automotive and medical industries. The output is on high-tech equipment of the French company BJ Industries. The production process represents a complete cycle of processing waste (scrap lead) in ready-to-re-use of raw materials. By the way, 90% of products are exported to Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Czech Republic and even the UK, the rest in the domestic market. One of the major consumers of the Belarusian metallurgical plant.

The production process is automated, the share of manual labor is minimal. The company operates in four shifts, seven days a week.
