The study of soil of inhabited places in D. Khriso was conducted on total lead content and mobile forms of lead and its compounds, as the most important indicator of soil contamination from the hygienic point of view, it characterizes the sanitary-hygienic situation, as mobile forms of lead can be assimilated by plants and enter the food chain.
According to the results of the laboratory tests in the framework of public health surveillance exceedances of the established in the Republic of Belarus the hygienic standards for the content of mobile forms of lead and its compounds in the soil, atmospheric air and water of centralized water supply sources in residential areas (including D. Also as part of consideration of the applicants by the specialists of the district centre of hygiene and epidemiology at the border of sanitary protection zone and areas of impact of industrial activities Belinvesttorg-Splav LLC samples were taken of soil, atmospheric air, water of not centralized water supply sources, fruits and vegetables. To avoid subjective interpretation of the results of laboratory tests samples were taken for studies in GU "the Republican centre of hygiene, epidemiology and public health," SE "Minsk city centre of hygiene and epidemiology" SI "Minsk regional centre of hygiene, epidemiology and public health", RUE "Scientific and practical center gigthe yen". The results of laboratory tests in the studied samples exceeded maximum permissible concentration of lead has not been established.
Believe it is possible to Express an opinion that the claimants interpretation of results of laboratory tests conducted by the laboratory of the analytical center of Moscow state University. M. V. Lomonosov, is not correct, so the evaluation is carried out on conformity to requirements of sanitary-epidemiological rules and norms SanPiN 2.1.7.1287-03 "Sanitary epidemiological requirements to soil quality", enacted on the territory of the Russian Federation by decree of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation dated 16.04.2003 No. 53 not operating on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
It should be noted that according to the applicant the electronic version of the report on the results of analysis from 29.06.2018 No. YES-171-566_2/DR/06.18, exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of total content of lead in samples taken on private land D. Khriso also have been identified.
Given the above, we believe that the conclusions presented by the applicants, with reference to the results of laboratory tests conducted by the laboratories of the Russian Federation, is not valid, thus confusing the inhabitants of Berezovsky district, and promotes social tension among the population.
