The companies of 1AK-GROUP invite prospective students to enroll in targeted (sponsored) education programs at leading universities in Belarus. This is an opportunity to receive a higher education funded from the state budget and secure a guaranteed job placement after graduation.
Targeted education is full-time higher education funded from the state budget at the request of specific companies that need trained specialists. For applicants, it means tuition-free education and a clear employment pathway. For employers, it is a way to build a team in advance for real production and management needs.
Admission requirements (effective from 2026)
To take part in the competition, applicants must:
• sign a targeted training agreement with the sponsoring employer^;
• submit documents to the admissions office of the chosen university^;
• pass an internal entrance exam in the профильный (major-related) subject (the final score includes the exam result and the applicant’s average grade from the education certificate)^;
• have an average grade of at least 7 on the education certificate.
From 2026, the number of targeted places is regulated, and applicants compete for these places on general terms (in accordance with the established admission rules).
Who can apply?
Targeted education is open to citizens of Belarus residing in the country, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in Belarus and graduating from Belarusian educational institutions.
