In accordance with the mission of the Chief state sanitary doctor of the Brest region from 05.08.2019 No. 4 specialists of the Brest regional Cheios, with the participation of the members of the working group to study issues relating to the operation of Belinvesttorg-Splav LLC created by the decision of the Deputy Minister – Chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Belarus from 26.07.2019 No. 55, in the period from 06.08.2019 for 07.08.2019 activities conducted for the study and evaluation of compliance with the standards of working conditions in the enterprise, as well as assessment of the impact of plant activity on the environment and public health.
In the framework of the studies sampled the workplace air to determine the actual lead content, and also conducted instrumental measurement of noise in the workplace. According to the results of the tests the noise parameters meet the requirements of sanitary norms, rules and hygienic standards.
Laboratory tests showed that the content of lead and its inorganic compounds in air of working zone Belinvesttorg-Splav LLC does not exceed the maximum allowable concentration and complies with the hygienic standard.
In addition, with the aim of assessing the impact of enterprise activities on the environment and human health within the framework of social-hygienic monitoring was conducted parallel sampling (samples) of atmospheric air pollutants (lead, particulate matter, sulfuric acid, nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide) at the border and outside the sanitary protective zone of the plant with subsequent laboratory testing on the basis of laboratory departments of the Brest regional Chaios and GU the Republican centre of hygiene, epidemiology and public health.
According to the results of laboratory tests exceeding the above pollutants in ambient air is not established.
Monitoring of heavy metals content in atmospheric air in the sanitary-protective zone of the enterprise and beyond, as before, will be conducted on a regular basis.
