Battery plant IPower LLC on the territory of FEZ "Brest" platform "Airport" is in the process of commissioning. Currently, all technical and laboratory equipment is installed and connected. Soon the company will begin its production activity.
In order to produce high quality products that meet established standards, IPower LLC provides service quality management, the structure of which includes:
Industrial laboratory, No. 1 (chemical). In the production process batteries laboratory is interoperable control lead powder, electrode plates, paste, electrolyte, and monitoring of recycled water for content of metals, sulfates, chlorides, phosphates, suspended solids and after the neutralization station. The laboratory conducts measurements and tests in the field of environmental protection in relation to certain objects of analytical control on the premises. In the laboratory number 1 will be working 5 people.
Production laboratory 2 (electrical). Performs acceptance, periodic and standard tests of finished products (batteries) as per the technical requirements. In the laboratory number 2 will be working 3 people.
Engineer quality shall conduct and record the results of incoming inspection of products, analyzing the results of in-process production control, work with claims from consumers.
There are going to be 3 people- OTC controllers, control product quality during the production process.
For the first time on the territory of the Republic of Belarus set the spectrometer vacuum emission ARL iSpark (model 8860) ("Thermo Fisher Scientific SARL", Switzerland). In the laboratories of the enterprise equipment from domestic and other foreign producers were installed.
Employees of industrial laboratories have passed the required an OBU teachings to work on the hardware installed:
service engineers of the supplier Thermo Techno Engineering LLC in December 2018 were taught the skills of laboratory specialists on the spectrometer vacuum emission ARL iSpark;
service engineers of the supplier Bel-AVR ODO in February 2019 taught the skills of laboratory specialists on atomic emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma iCAP 7200 DUO;
the service engineer of the supplier Theanalytical LLC in March 2019 training of laboratory skills on a tensile testing machine WDW-5.
