The battery is brand VOLAT first used in the design of the car AGH RT4.0, which will be presented in Spain in the framework of the "Formula Student" from 23 to 25 August 2018.

"Formula Student" is the most ambitious in Europe educational student engineering competition. Evidence of the success of the competition, can serve the fact that online registration should be allowed 64 teams to the stage "Formula Student Germany" lasted 5 minutes, 38 seconds, while the official deadline to apply was three months. Unchanged is organized by the international Association of automotive engineers (SAE). The project is supported by representatives of industrial companies and professional engineers such as Patron Ross Brawn OBE. The competition is aimed at the development of the initiative beginning engineers with innovative proposals to encourage young people to careers in engineering. In 2018 the "Formula Student" celebrated its 20th anniversary.

The participants are challenged to design, calculate, manufacture and assemble fully original racing car, including the plastic shell, or monocoque. It is possible to apply any number of innovative ideas, relevant regulations, all units and subassemblies of the vehicle. All this requires considerable mental, temporal, organizational, financial and physical costs. Main objective: to make the fastest and most balanced car with minimal economic ZATRath, and to prepare a business plan series 1000 cars

The project provides three classes of three options of participation. So, the third class includes the team's provision of technical and economic documentation, which is the basis of the presentation of a virtual engineering enterprise. In second grade, in addition to the documents you need to provide any "real" development work. The first class requires both documentary reporting and a good car.

Presented by the contestants the cars are evaluated by leading experts in several categories. The winner of the competition is the team with the highest number of points. Competition program starts soon after a couple of days we learn new names in engineering.
