Battery Volat will be Used for a New Project of Unmanned Electroblade

In 2018 members of the team AGH Racing Electric built the first electric car in Poland — AGH RTE1.0. In the development of the car was used the battery of the brand VOLAT, YT20L-4 iGel, provided the Pervaya Akkumulyatornaya Kompaniya® (First Battery Company). Battery VOLAT YT20L-4 iGel used for motor vehicles: motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, etc.

It is very easy to use, safe battery which has proven itself in terms of maximum accelerations, acceleration-deceleration and possible rollover.

AGH Racing Electric — Poland's first student team designed electrobolt their own.

Project AGH Racing Electric was founded in 2012 in the framework of the faculty of mechanical engineering and robotics AGH with the aim of creating the first racing car in Krakow for demonstration at the international competition Formula Student. He quickly became popular among students and administration of Polish universities. In 2013, the team received the title of best student project of the University of science and technology AGH, and in 2016 — recognized as the best scientific club Konkursy Konstrukcji Studenckich (KOKOS).

Due to the high amperage battery VOLAT YT20L-4 iGel allows a racing car to pick up speed within seconds. Due to the simple design and the possibility of safe series connection of gel batteries is high voltage necessary for the electric vehicle.

The competition called "Formula Student Spain 2018 (FSS'18)" passed with at 22.08.2018 26.08.2018 in Spain at Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya. As a result of field tests decided that the battery VOLAT YT20L-4 iGel will continue to be used to check motors on the brake stand, and in as a source of energy for a new project of unmanned electroblade, which is currently in development and will appear in a year and a half.
