Today, battery recycling and the circulation of secondary lead have become issues that go far beyond individual enterprises. For the battery industry, this is no longer just an environmental matter, but also one of raw material security, market transparency, and the effectiveness of industrial policy. Returning metals to the industrial cycle reduces the environmental burden, lowers dependence on primary raw materials, and forms the basis of a circular economy.

Under the results of the 2025 “Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus” competition, products manufactured by 1AK-GROUP battery enterprises were recognized as winners in the “Industrial and Technical Products” category. The results were approved by Resolution No. 4 of the State Standardization Committee of the Republic of Belarus (Gosstandart), dated 14 January 2026.

On September 5, 2025, the corporate event Lean Innovation Cup was held at the Vitebsk plant for the production of commercial equipment 4RM Systems.

On April 9, 2025, a seminar was held in the Brest Regional Executive Committee dedicated to the implementation of electrical energy storage systems (ESS). The event, organized jointly with the Belarusian State Technological University, brought together the heads and chief engineers of enterprises in the region.
