Viktor Matveyevich Lemeshevsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of 1AK-GROUP, has been awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen of the City of Pinsk” for his significant contribution to the city’s industrial development, the creation of modern high-tech enterprises, and many years of work that have helped strengthen Pinsk’s standing nationally and internationally.

The second Lean Innovation Cup was held at 1AK-GROUP. In 2026, for the first time, the final was preceded by Smart Production School – seven months of training and work on real manufacturing projects.

On July 2, 2026, in Pinsk, as part of the official events dedicated to the opening of 1AK-Plastic LLC and the new launch complexes of Zubr Energy LLC, Tatyana Rybachyonok, Director of Zubr Energy LLC, and Andrei Parfievich, Rector of Brest State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Associate Professor, signed an agreement for the provision of scientific and technical services. The document provides for work related to the implementation of robotic systems, simulation modelling of production processes and specialist training.

The ZUBR battery brand began to develop almost simultaneously with the launch of battery production. The trademark was registered in December 1999, and the first wholesale shipment took place as early as January 2000.

Within 1AK-GROUP’s battery business, traction lead-acid batteries based on PzS technology are manufactured end-to-end — from key components to finished battery packs.

The ZUBR battery ranked 1st and received the Gold Medal of the “Brand of the Year 2025” Award based on a nationwide consumer preference study conducted in Belarus.
