The delegation of the General Directorate for environmental protection of the Republic of Poland within the framework of cross-border cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland visited the battery plant IPower LLC . During the visit a briefing was held to discuss the issues on the activities of the battery factory in the territory of FEZ "Brest", as well as a tour around the production.
Battery plant IPower LLC on the territory of FEZ "Brest" platform "Airport" is in the process of commissioning. Currently, all technical and laboratory equipment is installed and connected. Soon the company will begin its production activity.
In the framework of social-hygienic monitoring laboratory of the Brest regional Cheios continues sampling and laboratory studies of contaminants in atmospheric air (lead, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hard particles, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide) and chemical substances in the soil (gross lead content and the concentration of mobile forms of lead) on the border of the sanitary protection zone of IPower LLC and on the border (territory) of nearby settlements.
Plant for the production of a full range of maintenance-free batteries lead-acid batteries for cars and trucks, buses and automotive equipment, LLC IPower, approved the plan for production and analytical control of emissions of polluting substances in atmospheric air in 2019 (the first starting complex).
