At the current stage of development of energy technologies, traction batteries play a key role in various industries, including transport and industry. Zubr Energy LLC, one of the leaders in the production of starter and industrial batteries, is implementing a project to produce 2V cells for PzS traction batteries, introducing innovative production technologies, such as electrolyte circulation during the formation process.

Zubr Energy LLC is developing the production of 2V cells for traction industrial batteries of the PzS type. The company has already installed a line for assembling cells from finished plates, as well as a cell formation line.

Zubr Energy LLC put into operation the third assembly line of passenger car starter batteries. A special feature of the line is fully automatic assembly.

As part of the “1 ATE - 1 Project” program, Zubr Energy LLC is expanding the production of rechargeable batteries. In March 2024, start-up complex 1a was put into operation - plate production. In June 2024, a stamped plate production line was put into operation at the electrode plate production site.

Zubr Energy LLC is a Belarusian manufacturer of batteries. The company is part of the structure of the diversified Holding 1AK-GROUP. Thanks to the vertical integration of the companies, the holding provides a full cycle of production and distribution of batteries. The battery plant of Zubr Energy LLC is located in the Brest region in the city of Pinsk.

The 1AK-GROUP takes part in the exhibition "ECOLOGY EXPO - 2023". The exhibition is held from 22 to 24 August 2023 in the city of Minsk under the title "Green" technologies: challenges and opportunities for the economy".
