1AK-GROUP: tourist meeting 2018

17 Aug 2018 was traditional for businesses 1AK-GROUP summer tourist gathering. More than 120 representatives 1AK-GROUP, combined into 12 teams, participated in gambling and sporting event.

1AK-GROUP includes companies located in different regions of the Republic of Belarus, of such lines of business as the battery business, Metalworking, agro-industrial direction, Shuttle services, etc.. So for tourist gathering formed mixed teams, which allowed us to feel a common corporate spirit and solidarity.

The competition program included sports and intellectual tasks that the teams were on an individual plan.

The team results were calculated by the total number of points earned in each phase: doing the job, the team earned the "keys" and the word tips. At the end of testing of their produced words-hints, each team made its own phrase, which still had to correctly guess.

To successfully overcome all stages of the quest, each team had to unite and direct the efforts to achieve the common team goals. All decisions and actions of the members of the team performed together, it helped the teams to score the maximum number of "keys" in each of the tasks of the organizers.

The highlight of the day was a drum circle under a starry sky around the campfire. 1AK-GROUP was performed in a single drum rhythm, demonstrating the ability to play as a team and improvisation, which leads to the overall result.
