The production process includes cutting, bending, assembly, welding, shot-blasting surface preparation and application of protective polymer coating. Before painting, the surface is cleaned and prepared to ensure reliable adhesion of the coating to the metal. The polymer coating is applied in a fluidized bed and forms a dense, uniform protective layer.
This coating increases the case’s resistance to electrolyte, moisture, abrasion, chipping and mechanical loads that occur during the operation of traction batteries in warehouse, industrial and special-purpose equipment.
Standard cases are used for typical traction batteries and industrial batteries. They are made of steel and pass through cutting, bending, assembly, welding, shot-blasting surface preparation and protective polymer coating application.
After metal preparation, the polymer coating forms an even protective layer resistant to moisture, electrolyte, abrasive exposure, chipping and regular industrial cleaning.
