1AK-GROUP manufactures lead-acid starter batteries for passenger, commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. Production is located at two battery plants of the holding — 1AK-ZUBR and 1AK-ALLIANCE.
The range includes premium, standard and economy-class batteries, as well as SLI, EFB and AGM technology versions. The catalog includes European DIN sizes, East Asian JIS / Asia formats and Heavy-Duty / Truck solutions for commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. 1AK-GROUP produces starter batteries with capacities from 35 to 240 Ah.
1AK-GROUP starter batteries are produced using ExMet and Punch grid technologies. ExMet technology is used to manufacture expanded-metal grids and improves battery resistance to operating loads. Punch technology is used for stamped plate grids and helps increase mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and stability of battery characteristics.
The battery plants are certified according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
1AK-GROUP starter batteries are supplied under the holding’s own brands and private labels. Selection is possible by class, technology, size, capacity, cold cranking current, polarity, case type and application.
1AK-GROUP starter batteries are divided into three classes: premium, standard and economy. This structure helps select a battery for different operating conditions, from vehicles with basic electrical equipment to modern vehicles with high onboard electrical load.
