1AK-GROUP develops the Li-Ion battery solutions area based on 1AK-LI-ION, a research and production center that combines development, assembly, testing and support of battery systems.
The area works with solutions for urban mobility, electric transport, industrial equipment, modular battery systems, battery cabinets and custom projects. Solutions are based on cell selection, battery configuration design, battery management system (BMS) integration, mechanical assembly, cable routing and quality control.
The 1AK-LI-ION production base includes 25 production posts, an area of 1,000 m² and assembly capacity of up to 100 MWh of battery solutions per year. The center combines R&D, engineering adaptation and serial assembly. The portfolio includes more than 2,000 developed battery system configurations, BMS integration and pilot projects.
Li-Ion solutions are selected with regard to voltage, capacity, available space, temperature range, duty cycle, protection, monitoring and data exchange requirements. Depending on the project, active balancing, telemetry, metal cases, communication interfaces and custom cable routing may be used.
