Zubr Energy LLC is a plant for the production of a wide range of batteries. The plant was designed to supply starter batteries to the assembly lines of global and domestic automakers.
Since 2024, Zubr Energy LLC has been mastering the manufacturing technology of AGM type starter batteries, as well as the production of PzS and OPzS cells for traction and stationary industrial batteries

At Zubr Energy battery plant, the production process is automated using the principles of lean manufacturing.
To improve production efficiency and product quality at 1AK-ZUBR:
— automated post burning is used;
— levels of electrolyte are monitored automatically;
— automatic labeling line is used;
— regular tests are performed to monitor the quality of batteries in its own laboratory.
