Production structure

  1. Raw material acceptance and cutting section


    Departments:

    • Raw material acceptance
    • Crushing and separation
    • Desulphurization of lead paste and electrolyte utilization
    • Sodium sulfate production
    • Purification of gaseous emissions

    Technological processes:

    • Crushing OSKAB to a fraction of 50–80 mm, separation into metal, polypropylene and waste
    • Desulphurization of paste to obtain sodium sulfate
    • Purification and crystallization of Na₂SO₄ solution
    • Wet gas cleaning in a scrubber

    Processed products:

    • Desulphurized paste
    • Metallic fraction of lead
    • Polypropylene
    • Crystalline sodium sulphate

  2. Section of lead smelting and refining


    Departments:

    • Smelting (rotary furnaces, charge preparation)
    • Refining (KT-810a/b/c/d/e boilers)

    Technological processes:

    • Smelting of lead products in rotary furnaces
    • Multi-stage refining (removal of Cu, Sn, As, Sb, Ag, Zn, Bi)

    Equipment:

    • Aspiration systems and gas cleaning (CCGT)
    • Refining boilers (260 t and 50 t)

    Products:

    • Rough and refined lead
    • Recycled materials (skimmings, slip, drosses)

The production process of Fregat LLC is built according to the following scheme:

Reception, cutting of raw materials, separation of battery components

Desulfurization of lead paste

Production of sodium sulfate

Smelting of lead-containing components

Refining of lead

Preparation of lead alloys

We supply high-quality products to the consumer within the established deadlines and in the specified volumes. Constant quality control at all stages of production is an integral part of our work.

Quality control is carried out separately at each site during the production process, as well as selectively in laboratory conditions.

In-House Laboratory

Quality control are tested in the in-house laboratory, which provides high quality control and analysis due to the availability of the most modern laboratory equipment.

The laboratory employs a team of experienced, professional specialists, who are guided in their work by certified methods of performing measurements, as well as the methods set forth for by GOST standards.
