The integrated management system of Fregat LLC is certified according to international standards:

Fregat LLC implements a comprehensive approach to ensuring product quality at all stages of the production process. The quality management system is based on strict standards and a multi-level control system.


Certification base and regulatory support the enterprise's activities are confirmed by a full package of permits.

The technological basis of production is the equipment of the Italian company Engitec Technologies S.p.A., which meets both Russian and international quality standards. All production processes are regulated by internal technological instructions and enterprise standards.


Multi-stage quality control system Incoming inspection of incoming raw materials includes:

  1. Visual inspection of batches of used batteries

    • Laboratory analysis of chemical composition
    • Thorough check of accompanying documentation
    • All data is recorded in the electronic accounting system with the assignment of a unique identifier to each batch

  2. Production monitoring is carried out according to 25 key parameters, including:

    • Temperature conditions in smelting furnaces
    • Chemical composition of lead at various stages of refining
    • Efficiency of gas cleaning equipment

    Automated data collection system allows monitoring parameters in real time.


  3. Finished product control at Fregat LLC includes:

    • Mandatory laboratory testing of samples from each production batch
    • Spectral analysis to confirm chemical composition
    • Checking physical and mechanical characteristics
    • Issue of quality certificates for each batch of products

Document flow and reporting

The enterprise maintains a full record of all quality indicators in an electronic system, which:

  • Ensures data storage for 5 years
  • Allows for prompt analysis of indicator dynamics
  • Generates automated reports for regulatory authorities

  1. The production laboratory, equipped with modern analytical equipment, performs:

    • Every-shift operational control
    • Acceptance testing of finished products
    • Development of new analytical methods

  2. The technical control department is responsible for:

    • Development and updating of quality standards
    • Investigation of cases of product non-conformity
    • Maintaining quality statistics

  3. The chief metrologist service ensures:

    • Timely verification of all measuring equipment
    • Calibration of control and measuring instruments
    • Metrological supervision in production
