Protection of atmospheric air
To ensure environmental safety, sources of emissions into the atmosphere are equipped with a modern aspiration system for process gases. The aspiration and purification system for dust and gas emissions used at Fregat LLC is manufactured by Engitec Technologies SpA Italy. The systems ensure the removal and purification of flue gases from the working space and furnace shelters, from refining boilers. The wet cleaning system "Scrubber" is also used.
The start-up and operation of process equipment is impossible without the operation of gas cleaning units. Thus, the inclusion of the aspiration system is programmed with the process equipment. The installed dust and gas collecting equipment provides a high degree of purification.
Fregat LLC carries out its environmental protection activities in accordance with Integrated Environmental Permit No. 4 dated September 13, 2022, issued by the Interregional Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Management for the Moscow and Smolensk Regions.
The enterprise carries out industrial instrumental control of the performance indicators of dust and gas cleaning equipment 2 times a year and control over compliance with the MPE standards at emission sources.
Control and monitoring of the Sanitary protection zone
By the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor No. 112 dated 07.08.2017, Fregat LLC was established and registered by the Branch of the PPK "Roskadastr" in the Moscow Region 50:29-6.847 Sanitary protection zone.
The enterprise carries out industrial control of atmospheric air at 7 points for the content of pollutants in the atmospheric air of the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise. Instrumental measurements are carried out in accordance with the control schedule by the branch of the Federal Budgetary Institution of Healthcare "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Moscow Region" in the city of Roshal, Voskresensky, Yegoryevsky, Shatursky districts.
Water consumption
1AK-FREGAT has a system of domestic, drinking, industrial and fire-fighting water supply. The source of water supply is its own artesian water. License for the right to use subsoil series MSC No. 06425 VE dated 05/25/2017 (expiration date 06/01/2041). The company carries out industrial quality control of drinking water from artesian wells in accordance with the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Regulations dated 01/28/2021.
