The first batch of lead plates released five years ago. The specific production requires special environmental control. What does it mean? The Director of the enterprise explains: dust from the furnace, where is melted lead, does not fly into the pipe, and deposited in filters and used again. Other wastes from processing ash, and an electrolyte is also given to processors. It turns out waste-free production, harmless to employees and the environment. Sergey Ohrimchuk, Director of the company "Belinvesttorg-Alloy": "Our treatment plants accounted for 30% of the equipment cost. If bought for 10 million, then three million is spent on cleaning. Strict environmental standards have been prescribed at the stage of designing. Today, the company is included in the national monitoring system: the quality of air, water and soil is under constant and strict control. According to our calculations, the loss of lead (the most dangerous contaminants) on the underlying surface even in the sanitary protection zone (500 meters) will be approximately in line with what falls from the atmosphere in the background areas". In addition to external control, the company employs and its own system of continuous monitoring and control. Irina Morgunova, engineer of environmental protection enterprise "Belinvesttorg-Alloy": "This modern technology, modern level of protection. In the state of 100 employees, but the human factor in production is minimal. The change consists of five people, most of the processes are automated.
