Information about the Construction of the Plant IPower LLC, 19.12.2018

On the battery plant IPower LLC continues construction and installation works are carried out works on connection of engineering networks and communications in the industrial building.

13 December 2018 was completed on supervision of installation of equipment of lines of Assembly operations from Accurate Products (Denmark) and MOOJIN (Korea). For carrying out the chief-installation from Denmark came the representative of the company Accurate Products.

The production of the future enterprise, work is underway on the installation of aspiration systems. The suction system consists of:

• gas treatment installations;

• automation systems;

• the duct system (installation of this component is completed).

Work is underway to connect the equipment:

• electricity networks (work in this direction is completed by 80%);

• air supply networks (work in this direction 95% completed).

Project battery plant IPower LLC provided by the presence of two laboratories at the production site:

1. Electrochemical laboratory, is designed to:

• production, incoming inspection of incoming materials, including lead-calcium alloys;

• test batteries in the production process, and control of air parameters in the working area and other parameters of production control.

2. Electrotechnical laboratory, designed to test the electrical characteristics of the battery, and testing the final product.

In accordance with the plan of installation of equipment of laboratories to date the following works:

• produced installation and commissioning of optical emission spectrometer ARL 8860 firm "Thermo Fisher Scientifik" (Switzerland) for the analysis of metals in pure lead & battery alloys;

• service engineer LLC "TT Analytics" (Russia) performed staff training laboratory skills in analytical software complex "Thermo OXSAS" (Switzerland);

• produced metrological certification and calibration "Thermo OXSAS" Belgio, the results of which optical emission spectrometer ARL 8860 approved for use on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

• produced installation and commissioning of atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma iCAP 7200 DUO "Thermo Scientifik" (Switzerland) for performing elemental analysis in an aqueous matrix (analysis of the content of impurities in water, electrolyte, air);

• service engineer ODO "Bel-AVR" trained laboratory personnel with the basic skills to work in a program complex "iTEVA", performed test measurements with the use of state standard samples (GSO).

Fully installed control system and account access. Conducted individual and complex testing of the equipment and hydraulic fracturing, as well as confirmation of the correctness of the design solutions in these areas.
