One of the main requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on waste management are:
1. prevention of their harmful effects on the environment
2. maximum involvement of waste in civil circulation as a secondary raw material
3. reduction of waste generation.
Belinvesttorg-Splav LLC has a special permit (license) No. 33140/2020 for the right to carry out activities related to environmental impact.
It gives the company the right to use lead-containing waste of hazard classes 1-3. Belinvest-Splav LLC is registered in the register of objects for the use of waste as a waste processor. The register is maintained by the Republican research unitary enterprise Belnits Ecology of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
